Ans-1) If they are my workers now, I will have their finger nails cut short.
If they are in my training center, or school, I sure give Nail clippers to them.
I always keep several Nail clippers  and nail file in my training enter & office.
Otherwise, even after 1 year ( 44 hours per weeks x 52 weeks ) training or experience,
there will be no big difference, or your company must be bankrupt.

Ans-2) I will have their knotting head (block, mold)) fixed on to a table, and I have them 
to place needles, needle holders, a pliers, T-pins,  hairs to be knotted, worksheet 
(knitting instructions with drawings of hair directions and hair density/amount for each section ). 
Without turning face or body, they should (can) see all things. This is my system.
Make things visible quickly and easily without moving body or face or legs.
This is the reason why I use and operate 14 computers sitting on a chair without turning face or body.

So, more than 20 or 40 people. the price or cost of bying many pcs is very cheap !! Much cheaper than time or labor cost.

2. RE {  After learning your training (3000 usd knotting training), they can finish a toupee in 8 - 10 hours(even 15 hours)?
How many days take time for new workers to arrive to this speed? (For making a normal toupee,with normal swiss lace, hexagon angle,and 1-2 hair for front hair line and 2-3 hair for rest part) }

Ans: I can not say "YES", or "NO".
But, you can reduce your worker's knoting time to 10% or more than now.

When I trained 300 Chinese girls every month x 12 months, YES. I made it. But, now you are there, not me.

If your workers are working in our factory or in Korea, they sure can be like our sewing girls.
It depends on what you learn and how you put what you have learned in practice.

Leaning (having) correct knowledge, (the right tools, suitable materials) is very crucial and essential !!!
However, as long as you are a company owner or manager, it is more important 
to correctly communicate (convey) what you have learned or have to your workers, completely without omissions
and distortion. <<**** 


When I wrote the data ( knotting time) in my last email, there should have been
additional writing (saying) which I was thinking of saying (writing) "after training 1 year"
or " knotting girls with 1 year experience",  but I did not write it (I withdrew  it) from the email
(because there were lots of following relevant sayings coming to my mind).

  
I am sorry it seems I have already become your strict teacher before reeving
your tutoring fee because I have seen ( many times) your many videos showing 
so many wrong things,  which took my lots of attention and cause too much worry 
to me, and made me have forget the fact I have not received the fee. 
As a good coach,  I should be eagle-eyed (sharp eyed) in finding mistakes and problems.
In (for) having trainees recognize and change, I treat them strictly some times with hard 
face and tough voice just like a ironically-speaking critic; sometimes speaking to them softly, 
patting their back. Online education prevents trainees from hearing my voice and prevents 
me from tapping on their backs.

Of course, I do not charge for After-Training hour talking.  What is more, I was/am ready to talk overnight if the trainee want to exchange Q & A.
I can go and work even after sleeping 1 hour or 2 hours a day for some days in a row.
